La prestation fournie par AfricaBusiness - Epoka Boyaba Kanga Angèle était satisfaisante, cependant le rapport qualité-prix pourrait être amélioré. Les délais ont été respectés, ce qui est un point positif. Globalement, une expérience correcte mais des axes d'amélioration à considérer.
Service client très lent, AUCUNE réactivité !! J'ai attendu des SEMAINES pour une réponse concernant ma commande. Franchement DECEVANT. Ils ont intérêt à s'améliorer s'ils veulent garder des clients. Pas sûr que je revienne chez eux.

Wir hatten letzten November einen Termin bei 3 Tannen AG für eine Beratung. Der Empfang von Frau Meier war freundlich, aber das Warten im Warteraum hat gedauert wie verrückt, Brudi! Die Beratung selbst war okay, aber es fehlte irgendwie an Tiefe, verstehst du? Am Ende haben wir trotzdem einige nützliche Infos bekommen, daher kann man nicht sagen, dass der Besuch ganz umsonst war. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung halt so mittel, gute und schlechte Punkte gleichermaßen dabei.
