Client fidèle depuis 5 ans, je constate une amélioration notable dans l'accueil et le service. Le personnel s'est montré plus attentif à mes besoins récemment. Les délais de réparation se sont également raccourcis, ce qui est très appréciable. En général, je suis très satisfait des prestations de Depa radio-télévision L. Pretti à Lausanne.
Habe das erste Mal dort bestellt und es war eine katastrophale Erfahrung! Essen kam viel zu spät und total kalt an. Der Service war unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Nie wieder!
