Die Erfahrung mit JOWA Immobilien war okay. Die Kommunikation war manchmal etwas langsam - hat gedauert, bis auf Anfragen reagiert wurde. Die Mietpreise sind fair, aber die Qualität der Wohnungen könnte besser sein. Definitiv Raum für Verbesserung. Vielleicht überlege ich mir nochmal, ob ich wieder mit ihnen arbeite.
